What we collect, and when

We only collect what you type into a form. There is no advertising tracker on this site, and no third-party analytics script.

• Checkout — name, e-mail, phone, optional company, delivery address and any note you add, together with the contents of your cart. This is what lets us call you back about the order.
• Quote request — name, e-mail, phone, optional company, the type of project and your description of it.
• Contact form — name, e-mail and your message.
• Newsletter — your e-mail address only, if you subscribe.

What we do not collect

No payment data. This site processes no payment, has no card form and no payment gateway — there is no card number for us to hold, or to lose.

Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage until you check out. It is not sent to us before then.

Why we hold it

To answer your request: to price it, arrange delivery and follow up. An order record also serves as our commercial record of the transaction.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who sees it

Our staff, through an internal administration area that requires an account and is closed to the public.

Our e-mail provider, which carries the notification we send ourselves when an order arrives, and the carrier that delivers your goods — which needs your delivery address to do so. Nobody else.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookie. The only cookie it sets is the session cookie for staff signing in to the administration area.

Your data, and how to remove it

Write to support@novaasolaris.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Tell us the e-mail address or order reference you used, so we can find the right record.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your data, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour them regardless of where you are.
