Shipping
Shipping is quoted, not calculated
We do not display a shipping price at checkout, because for most of our catalogue it would be wrong. Solar modules travel on pallets, batteries carry hazardous-goods handling, and racking is long and heavy. The real cost depends on the destination, the quantity and what the receiving site can handle.
Your representative confirms the exact freight cost with you before the order is placed. You will never be billed a shipping amount you have not agreed to.
Parcel and freight
Smaller items — connectors, optimisers, monitoring hardware, most electrical components — ship as standard parcel.
Modules, batteries, inverters above a certain size and racking ship as LTL freight. Freight deliveries are kerbside by default: the driver is not required to carry goods inside or onto a roof. Tell us in advance if the site needs a lift gate, a call before delivery, or a limited-access address, as these change the cost.
Receiving a freight delivery
Inspect the pallet before you sign. Damage that is noted on the delivery receipt can be claimed; damage discovered after an unqualified signature usually cannot.
If something arrives damaged, photograph it before unwrapping further and contact us the same day.
Lead times
Availability shown on the site reflects our suppliers, and it moves. Your representative confirms a realistic ship date when confirming the order.
