What this site is

Nova Solaris operates this site to present the equipment we distribute and to let customers send us an order request or a quote request. Using the site means accepting these terms.

Orders are requests until we confirm them

Submitting the checkout form sends us your contact details and the contents of your cart. It does not conclude a sale, reserve stock, or charge you.

A binding order exists only once a representative has confirmed price, availability, freight and lead time with you, and you have accepted them.

Prices and product information

Prices shown are indicative and exclude freight and applicable taxes. Solar equipment pricing moves with supply, and a price on this site may be out of date by the time you order — the price confirmed by your representative is the one that applies.

Product descriptions, images and specifications come largely from manufacturers. We reproduce them in good faith but do not warrant their accuracy; always check the manufacturer datasheet before designing a system around a part.

Installation and suitability

We supply equipment; we do not install it and we are not the designer of record for your system. Electrical equipment must be installed by a qualified person in accordance with local code and the manufacturer instructions. Deciding whether a product suits your site remains your responsibility, or that of your installer.

The layout, text and graphics of this site belong to us or to our suppliers. Manufacturer names, logos and product images remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify the equipment we distribute.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, where we are established.
